In June of 2012, I watched as my Pastor began to shrink and thought to myself, self…you need to do some shrinking of your own. Your pants size are getting way too big in the waste and you’re tired of unbuttoning them on long drives.
So I asked him for his meal plan and began my own workout regimen mixed with a little of his.
I started out at 224 lbs.
Today, late September, I’m proud to say I made my first goal. I’m weighing in at a whopping 209.
That’s huge for me. That means I got off my lazy butt and ate 6 times a day of small portions of the right stuff and either went to the gym, ran around my neighborhood or rode my bicycle.
Bottom line, I have made my first goal and my next goal I hope to have by Thanksgiving so I can do it again in the new year. Lol
